Due to a growing demand from clients looking for reliable contractors, we decided to create our own team of professional tradesmen specialising in renovation.
Firstly we made a list of common complaints about builders and then set about finding ways to eliminate them.

Communication: The builders speak English; the Project Manager is bilingual so can communicate with any other company working on the site.

Reliability: We draw up a simple contract with you stating the start date, finish date, price, payments and guaranties so everybody knows where they stand before we start the job.

Quality: The building company we employ is extremely good and flexible; we have been working with them for some time so they know the standards we demand. Using a building company means we are independent from them therefore making sure your project is completed to your specification.

Price: We guaranty to be more competitive than any anyone else. The company is registered in the UK and we use a Polish team that are hard working, consistent and conscientious. We can also work in collaboration with a very good French builder who has "assurance decennale" if you require, but going through a French company is more expensive.

We know what the French bureaucracy can be like which is why we can assist with applying for a "permis de consrtuire" or a "declaration prealable de travaux" at La Mairie. Getting the right advice and talking to the right person will save you a lot of time and money.
