Chateau in Dordogne

This was quite an unusual project as the Dordogne is outside our area of work. We eventually found this gorgeous castle. We  spent a year modernising, building and creating new spaces.  It's now available for rental.

Bastide in Provence

We showed the client four properties in a week and  and by the end of it our offer for this property had been accepted. Set in five acres of conserved parkland, it has nine ensuite bedrooms. Jean Louis has just finished remodelling the park.
